Our Women’s Wellness Retreat will give you a much needed break, but that’s only a small part of our 4 days together. Discover how to look at aspects of your life and mindset, and steps and actions that will define your purpose and achieve your dreams, while still feeling authentic in the roles of your daily life. Our retreat properties are designed to help you reclaim your peace. You’ll find what you need to step away from your daily routine, rest & reset, bond with others, and improve your health in a serene, all inclusive setting where you can unwind. Spend time with interesting and like minded women, take alone time for yourself, or do some of both. Eat balanced, delicious food and participate in restorative exercise, transformative workshops, and creative purposeful activities. You will also have plenty of free time to explore the amenities, rest, and socialize or go within. Our retreat will provide you not only a fabulous getaway, but entrance into a lifelong community of inspiring women who support and uplift each other.

We are usually asked about...
Is transportation included in the price?
No. Prices do not include transportation to and from the retreat.
Is the listed price per ROOM or per PERSON?
The listed price for each accommodation is per PERSON in that accommodation.
Can I change my mind and cancel my registration for a retreat?
Your $500 deposit to reserve a retreat room is refundable within 48 hours. After 48 hours, your deposit is not refundable but can be moved to a different retreat date.
How many women attend each retreat?
We take a maximum of 12 women on each retreat.
What should I pack/bring to the retreat?
You should bring any clothing and personal items that you would normally pack for a 4-day trip. Weather varies in Texas depending on the time of year of each retreat, so check weather and plan accordingly. We supply all meals, snacks, drinks, workout equipment, items for workshops and activities, and take home swag bags for each participant.
What is the food like?
We eat balanced, chef cooked meals during our retreat. The food is a healthy combination of lean proteins, vegetables, fruits and healthy snacks. with no bread, pasta, and nothing fried. Our meals are not vegetarian or vegan. We do accommodate all food allergies. There is a 24-hour snack and drink station at every retreat with healthy snacks.
Is alcohol allowed?
Our retreats are alcohol free.
What times are check in and check out?
Check in for the retreat is always on Thursday at 4:00 pm, and check out is always on Sunday at 11:00 am.

Start A New Journey - A Message From Your Retreat Leader
Have you noticed that the more events, obligations, and stuff you add to your life, the further you get from your true purpose, or maybe from even knowing what your purpose is? Do you ever think that your endless hard work and effort is making other people’s dreams come true more than your own? Do you allow others to monopolize your greatest resource, your time? I’ve been there; I’ve spent the last 20 years learning and practicing some very effective tools that have allowed me to reclaim my life energy, my priceless time, and healthy balanced relationships with others. I started Texas Wellness Retreats to expose other women to what I’ve learned, and to learn from each of you as well! I want to be a small part of helping you fulfill your unique potential with power and joy. We can help each other to handle and overcome what this amazing but at times crazy life sends our way. The most important thing I bring to these retreats is my personal experience overcoming trauma, insecurity, and setbacks. I’ve been on a constant path of learning how to fall down hard, yet get back up stronger and healthier than ever. I believe it’s never too late to be happy, and we’re never too old to grow and change. Join me on a life changing journey of not only resetting and refocusing yourself for a weekend, but picking up the pen to your own story and writing it on your terms.
